1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean AD.JUST Video Production Los Angeles, the publisher of Car Field Guide; "you" means the reader.

2. What the site provides

The site publishes general editorial guides about buying and owning a used car in the United States. It provides information only. It does not provide legal, financial, insurance, tax or mechanical advice, does not list or sell vehicles, does not arrange finance or insurance, and does not act as an agent, broker or intermediary in any transaction. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance.

3. Permitted use

You may read the site, print pages for your own personal use, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the page quoted. You may not:

• republish substantial parts of the content, in any medium, without written permission;
• present our material as your own or remove attribution and notices;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the site by automated means, or use it to train a model, without written permission;
• attempt to interfere with, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure;
• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to mislead another person.

4. Intellectual property

The text, page structure, stylesheets, illustrations and layout of this site are protected by copyright and are owned by the publisher or licensed to it. Photographs are used under the licence stated in the source comment of the page on which they appear; those licences run between the photographer, the photo library and us, and they do not transfer to you by virtue of the image appearing here.

The interface icons are open-source line icons used under their own permissive licence. Typefaces are served under their respective open font licences. Third-party names mentioned in editorial copy remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively, not as an endorsement or an affiliation.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to be accurate and current, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that any particular content is complete, accurate or suitable for your circumstances.
